MakeBuild is looking for a freelance Studio Ops Manager to join the team.

As a Studio Ops Manager, you’ll span a number of areas, working with internal and external stakeholders, partners and team members. You’ll work alongside our Studio Ops Assistant, and report into our Directors.

The Studio Ops Manager is the glue that holds the team together, keeps things moving and allows the team to deliver great work for our clients.

While past experience with agency ops would be helpful, we’re more interested in finding the right cultural fit for our team - someone who’s friendly, personable, and proactive.

Contract terms

• This is a freelance position based on a 3 month contract, with opportunity to extend or move to part-time or full-time
• For this role, we’re looking for a freelancer based in the UK, with the ability to visit us in our London office occasionally
• You must have the right to work in the UK
• Day rate: £200-£300 depending on experience

We’ll shape your first few weeks together, picking up tasks and providing plenty of support as you get settled in, across these priority areas:

1. Team and skills - ensuring our people have the right skills to deliver for our clients
2. Equipment and logistics - ensuring our people have the tools and spaces to do their best work
